Returns and Refund

OOFOS HK offers easy exchanges and refunds/returns – no matter size or colour problem! Ensure that your item fulfill the following requirement to be eligible for a return.

  1. Within 7 Days of receipt
  2. Brand New and no significant damage
  3. Original Condition with tags intact
  4. Original Packing
  5. Pack your items and return to our office*
  6. Please note that only one return/exchange request can be made per each order.

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to receive your return and examine the product.

*Customers have to return the items to our office at its own cost.
